Absolutely nothing. Web description made it sound reasonable to anyone not familiar with SF. The actual neighborhood was rundown, with homeless people ( and many who appeared to be addicts and /or prostitutes) and piles of garbage everywhere. The locked door access to the lobby was a big clue, but we were tired and ready to be done traveling for the day. It only got worse. **The only one positive thing was that it had parking on site .

Why I like is that the staff were really polite. Check me a real quick, Got me into a room. Room wasn't the best but it wasn't bad I was a pretty big rooms.

Well firstly thank you for the hospitality and cleanliness of your staff and hotel, by far the best place and price we have encountered in San Francisco, from the check in at the beginning to the check out was seamlessly perfect and we were accommodated nearly instantly from the hotel for our requests. The first being can we pay in cash and also is cash available to be paid for the incidental charges both yes. We paid $53.09 tax included for 1 night stay with a $100 dollar incidental deposit which we collected upon checking out they didn't stall or find reason to not give us our Deposit and just handed it over and the relief that they only charge what is on Bookings website was a relief. Upon checking in the room was beautiful and clean very clean the refrigerator and microwave spotless as we're the walls and floors and everything else as well. The atmosphere is just that as well was perfect no loud noise or homeless people all around the property and management was nothing but professional and more than that they made us feel welcome, I have yet to find such perfect service especially for that price we were accommodated like we were at a Hilton or Marriott yet we weren't. We will go back to this hotel for sure we love this place one last thing we loved that to get to our room you need a key as our room wasn't inside a building however to get to it you had to go thru a locked entrance up stairs into the rooms another since of safety and professionalism thank you San Francisco inn

the staffs are OK except one of the guys, I do not want to put his name; he did not want to bring me the supplies that I had to climb the stairs twice to ask him after I came back late from work and very tired. He was playing with his phone. the first stay was really nice room, the second stay longer but the room less quality than the first stay.

The only part that was acceptable surprisingly was the shower area was clean looking and hot water, great water pressure. Glad there was a fridge and microwave. That and free parking in the area was the selling point in getting the room in the first place.

I had a bad experience. There were workmen in the room next to mine making a total renovation, which made a not of noice both in the evening and early in the morning. The worst part was that I wasn't warned by the staff or given a price reduction.

The guest were allowed and smoke cigarettes and made me have a headache and felt sick for two nights. The water pressure is not great. The staff is very nice and apologetic, but really doesn’t solve the problem.

The layout of the room was very nice and it had just been freshly remodeled. It had a nice size tv and heat and A C. I loved that there is free parking. It is only first come first serve as it is a very tight and small parking area but worth having on those San Francisco streets.
